Marina Fish & Chip (LINCS) Limited understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how it is used and shared online. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the goods or will refund you in accordance with clause 9.3 if payment has already been made. This might be because what you have ordered is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the items ordered or because we are unable to meet a collection time you have specified. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number if you contact us about your order.

About Marina.

Welcome to The Marina Fish & Chips, Chapel St Leonards. We are a Small Family Run Fish & Chips Shop in the heart of Chapel St Leonards, village centre. We pride ourselves on Quality and the way we source all of our ingredients. So much so we have won the prestigious accolade of “The Good Food Award 2020” for the fish and chip category.

Our mindset for serving the nations favourite dish (not just because of our seaside location) is to be as environmentally friendly as we possibly can. From our Bio-Degradable boxes made from sugar cane to our Branded Paper Bag to carry out with. This really means so much to us and is a passion that matches our passion for the finest fish and chips.
